Liquid Designs is a small veteran-owned General Contractor licensed to develop projects in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. From our first day of business we have been client-focused to provide custom watershapes. Liquid Designs takes great pride in our projects and will not walk away until we know you have received exactly what you desired.
We believe all phases of our projects are equally important, especially the final phase, providing long-term customer satisfaction. We are passionate about knowing our clients, and will make sure you are comfortable and pleased with your project.
Meet The owner.
Craig Mayhugh, creator of Liquid Designs, brings over 10 years of hands-on personal custom pool design and construction experience to Raleigh’s unmatched custom pools.
Craig served four years in the United States Army, and entered the pool construction business in 2000 working under Northern Virginia’s finest pool builder. He loved learning every aspect of pool construction, literally getting his feet wet and hands dirty participating every aspect of pool construction. After 5 years of experience in Northern Virginia, he decided to take his experience and apply what he had learned to Raleigh, NC.
He worked as a pool construction supervisor overseeing every detail of construction for a few years before realizing it was time to start his own business. In 2008 he decided starting his own company was the only way to make sure the project and designs met his high standards of quality and attention to detail – giving birth to Liquid Designs.
